Battery arrived perfectly balanced and well packaged. I was surprised to see it was a soft case - I wasn't expecting it, though it is my own fault. It might be helpful to put a large label or category to prevent confusion, but I have had no issues so far despite the soft pack. It slides in tight and fits well in my sc10 with a few inches in length left over to adjust position. run time is awesome - I get about 45 min. until LVC depending upon usage and terrain, though this is not constant track duty. I wish it was offered in t connector so I didn't have to do it, but for the price who can complain>
