Best Acro Plane Ever Review by Tim

Overall
I have Yak-54's and Yak-55's and several other Acro planes but this plane hands down does more 3D tricks and amazing inverted flips and helicopters, I have not seen or flown another plane that performs like this one. Please oh please bring this plane back, lost bind and destroyed my last one... (Posted on 2/15/2018)
Great plane for price and flies great Review by Laurence

Looks like a much more expensive plane. Flies great and handles wind without difficulty. It almost floats to runway. Pretty study and solid build. Pretty easy to build if any prior experience. (Posted on 6/10/2014)
Another great of the sabre series Review by Roger

This is a beautiful plane. The whole sabre series is a winner. This flies similar to the profile sabre 47. I like the steering arm rudder control, but after two flights the arm and tail wheel caused a crack in the rudder. I changed
the rudder steering arm by using two regular control horns one on each side of the rudder at the bottom. I also bent the tail wheel wire so it runs along the bottom of the rudder and bent so it goes 1/4 inch in hole drilled in bottom of rudder.....loop side of Velcro is very sticky.....covered over tail wheel wire with it to secure it... You could use other ways to secure tail wheel wire on rudder bottom. I especially love the larger wheels and pants.....they are actually big enough to fly off grass. Landing gear mount is strong, but be sure to put lock washers on landing gear bolts. I used a 650 watt motor with 4 cell 3300 mah GForce battery and 14 x 7 prop. I would fly it on low rates to begin with as it will really rock fast on high rates. Overall this is a quality bird, great
build, and will perform to the ability of the pilot. As noted, only the tail wheel and steering arm issues were a problem for me. I still give it 5 stars, would recommend it, and will buy it again when I wreck this one getting brave and over confident. This plane compares to ones I paid 50 to 70 bucks more for! I was also surprised by
how big it is........almost as large as my U Can Do SF. 5 stars, Yes 5 stars! (Posted on 4/8/2014)

This Plane showed up on the door step (fast shipping btw) and I was blown away when I opened the box! The covering looked flawless and the quality of the construction looked very well done! well worth a 119 bucks! Instructions could be a little better, but I've built many models so it wasn't that big of a challange for me. It came with quality hardware and a stout landing gear. and the best part is when you fly it! WOW! this badboy fly's better than any 3D'er I've ever flown! Just learning 3D and I feel like this is the one to learn on. so easy to take off & land, and very floaty & docile, but yet it can be fast too! it is easy to hover and doing harriers. would highly recommend. just research your setup. it like's good digital MG servo's. add to cart now! you won't regret it! Should be in every 3D hangar Review by NJSwede

Overall
I can't believe no one has reviewed this yet. This plane should be in the hangar of any RC pilot that's getting into 3D. The plane has an incredibly stable and docile post stall, making it the perfect plane after a foamie trainer. Hovers and harriers are super simple and harrier turns are almost completely free of wing drop tendencies. The plane does most of the spins pretty well, but the energy is a bit lower than the "exreme" models. For someone just getting into 3D, this isn't necessary a bad thing.

Sport flying and pattern aerobatics are equally easy to pull off. Just dial your rates down and do nice flowing lines with ease.

The only issue during the build is assembling the elevator halves. It takes some patience and care, but if you follow the instructions you should be fine. Also, make sure you have a long-stemmed hex driver for installing the landing gear, as the screws go deep in the bowels of the plane.

Overall, this is an amazing value for the price and should be in every beginner to intermediary 3D pilot's hangar. (Posted on 12/23/2012)
