Made from CNC cut foamboard material with printed graphics, the F-22 is extremely durable. Together with inexpensive brushless power systems, these inexpensive jets can take a real beating and keeps on going. Great way to get into flying pusher jets.
Foamboard is an extremely durable and impact resistant foam material. It is far tougher than EPP foam, and can handle the crashing of fast jets without much damage.
The F-22 can be hand-launched and belly-landed or takeoff from paved runway using included wheels.

The first few times I tried to flt this plane it didn't want to rotate and lift off. Added more up elevator and it took off but flew like a brick. The CG needs to be 19.5 inches from nose, not 17.1 like the manual states. Flies well with proper CG. A tough little foam jet! I ASSEMBLED MY F-22 EARLY LAST MONTH [FEB] AND HAVE BEEN FLYING IT FOR ABOUT 5 WEEKS---I HAVE LOGGED ABOUT 30+ FLITES ON IT---WHAT A GREAT AIRPLANE TO FLY FOR JUST PLAIN FUN---IT LOOKS GREAT SHOOTING DOWN THE RUNWAY AND THEN ROCKETING INTO THE AIR---IT IS MILDLY AEROBATIC AND SOLID AS A ROCK IN A MODERATE WIND---I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THIS PLANE---THE BUILDING PROCESS IS STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH NO REAL COMPLICATIONS---I INSTALLED 4 SERVOS [9-GRAM METAL GEAR TYPE] TO OPERATE THE AILERONS AND ELEVATOR INDEPENDENTLY AND A G-FORCE E-400 2200KV MOTOR WITH A 6x4.5 PROP---USING A 3 CELL 2600 G-FORCE ELITE BATTERY---THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE BALANCE POINT---THE MANUAL CALLS FOR 17" FROM THE FRONT OF THE PLANE----ON THE FIRST FLITE IT WAS SO TAIL HEAVY THAT I ALMOST LOST THE PLANE---BY ADDING LEAD WEIGHTS TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE NOSE SECTION THE PERFECT BALANCE POINT 19.5 IN FROM THE NOSE TIP--- (Posted on 3/19/2018)Overall Quality Value - F-22 foamy Review by artman
