I built a couple budget SC trucks to race in a spec class at the local 1/10 track. I elected to run these servos directly with an aluminum horn to eliminate the weak servo saver that's usually used in these SC trucks. These servos have enough torque for 2wd SC, but are a bit slow for me to justify putting them in my more serious race rigs. At this price point I'm not complaining about the speed at all. I've let novice racers run these trucks and we've done some hard bashing with them as well over the past year. They're still working great!
