I tried this and with 2s it will fly one of the 32" epp planes but not for 3d. You have to use 3s battery but that ads weight. So while this motor will work I would say get the 1900 kv model. (Posted on 8/29/2014)Overall Quality Value - good Review by Robert

motor looks great, wish it had some markings at least kv number, bullets are soldered on but the female side for the esc is not included, order these SKU: AMS-AC-1576 to go with the motor.
