good, inexpensive replacement for Park 450(Posted on December 21, 2013) I'm using this in an e-flite Cub 450. I also own an e-flite Park 450 for comparison. This motor seems just as strong, and in my case (mounted front of firewall) it was a drop in replacement--I didn't even have to change my cowl placement at all. I was a little surprised by this because the motor is slightly different dimensions, but with the prop adapter it was spot on. The only negative is that the Park 450 has a smoother sound; this one kind of whines a little too much for my taste, but for less than half price I will take it with no complaints. |
