Best of the Sabre series(Posted on May 19, 2014) I have all 4 of the Sabre series....the 35,this 44 the 47, and the full fuse 51. Each of these planes are winners. Each has its own characteristics to do some maneuvers better than others, such as the full fuse is wild at tumbles in a water fall and all excel at knife edge with very little coupling. But I have to give the 44 a slight edge overall for best performance at 3D and size. I have a 570 watt motor a 60 amp esp and use a 4 cell 3300 battery which gives unlimited performance. This plane is so predictable it makes you brave to try new things. Sometimes I just put her up high and "play" with the sticks and watch her do wild things. All these planes are really good value and easy build with good hardware. 5 starts plus! |
