Worth it! (Posted on July 18, 2013) I bought this Quad for one reason..the onbaord camera. The fact you can start and stop the camera from the transmitter is awesome. The quality of this small setup is actually amazing. The camera is run off the flight battery so it does kill flight time a bit..but not much. The added weight of the camera and the higher skids to clear it actually adds stability to this little guy. It is able to take a bit more wind than the $40 quads from Xheli or amazon. The range on this setup is only 150 feet..but it is enough for fun and some great camera shots. If you want to shoot flying video i don't think there is a cheaper setup out there with this quality. Slide in a Micro SD card and head out. No way to download the video without taking the card out and putting it in a computer. But a small price to pay for this. Worth every penny. |
