Great first plane to start acrobatics(Posted on October 15, 2018) My first epp build. It took around 4 hours but I was not in a hurry. The rc group build thread was very helpful. I just finished my first flight and I couldn’t be happier! Really well balanced. I felt in control. Ripped some loops and rolls with no problem. I never flew over 20 feet up.....didn’t feel the need. |

Great first 3D plane(Posted on August 23, 2016) Its a little more work to build compared to some techone planes, but at half the cost I will never complain. The plane flies very neutral...I've gone to 50% rates and fly it as a 4 channel trainer when there is zero wind. I'm not a very good pilot so I can't speak to its 3D excellence versus the other 3D planes, but I"m able to do acrobatic basic moves with much more confidence than before. I found my cg was quite far aft and I had to place the Gforce 500 3S battery a couple inches behind the motor (maybe due to my 9g servos, or having placed the esc and receiver a little behind the wing spar). I also came in 20g heavier than predicted (too much glue?). The EPP foam quality seems good...not as "dry" as techone. But the paint comes off easily in contact with glues or peeling off tape. I snapped one of the landing gear struts in a hard landing (easily mended using splints and heatshrink tubing). The "wheels" are worthless outdoors. I just hand-toss and try to flare a short/light landing as best I can but it always noses over (I'll keep using the prop saver for that reason). |

Magic flying machine.(Posted on June 10, 2016) Have a dozen or so 3D foamies. The Giles wins my frequent flyer contest. Like the motor with the prop nut. No more rubber prop savers for me. |

Great Product(Posted on March 3, 2016) First G202. The fully flying stab provides outstanding pitch authority. Yaw authority is outstanding. Roll authority is above average BUT could be improved. Hinging of all the flight controls is inadequate as after several flights the surfaces begin to detach. This is easily corrected however with tape or glue. The G202 is a hoot to fly and is a must for the individual starting out in 3D. It will get there and then some. As they say it can take a beating and keep on ticking. Don't pass this one up. |

Outstanding Product(Posted on October 5, 2015) Fantastic flying plane! Great Knife Edge, very stable harriers, hovers, etc. very responsive! This thing will do whatever you throw at it! Another one knocked out of the park! |

Flat out awesome(Posted on February 1, 2015) I have always liked the G 202. I had waited for this one for a long time. I was not disappointed. The most control authority I have had on a foamy. Thanks to the full flying stab. Loops in its own length. Mild or wild it is up to you. Set up some good double or triple rates and have a blast. This is the best $25 I have spent on the hobby. Hats off to Spaz and the crew at Value hobby for bringing a killer product to market. Highly recommended. |
