For the low price this is an awesome warbird. (Posted on January 2, 2017) I purchases this Airplane as a gift to myself. It came shipped in a very well packaged box. The plane goes together easily, and electric retracts are already installed. The flaps are molded in but uncut. I cut them loose and installed two additional servos, one a reverse servo. I used spare control horns and pushrods to connect the flaps. I looked up on the web what other builders were doing to the plane. I removed the lights (2.7v I think) and replaced them with a lighting kit from another manufacturer that had high voltage bulbs and a light controller switchable from the transmitter. The lights are awesome. The plane comes with a spare three blade prop. The plane uses a 4 cell, and has plenty of room for that size of battery, For the money, I cannot see how you would ever beat this value. And the plane looks great! |
