Awesome Aircraft! Great Value!!(Posted on December 5, 2017) This plane is BIG! I used a DLE 30, 6Ch Spektrum. You need to MAX out the control throws. CG location is really 5 inches aft of LE. Right under the wing tube. I DID NOT add any weight to nose, I used two VH 2500mAh LiFe batteries in the nose and put my throttle servo and IGN up there too. I only have a few flights, but it flies really nice. Very stable, used flaps for all my landings and it still floats in. Planning to make mine an Airdrop plane by adding doors under. The fuse is HUGE so tons of room for paratroopers, candy, whatever. I really have nothing bad to say about this plane. I added some graphics to the giant nose/cowl to make it look a little better. You Need One (Posted on October 29, 2017) This is a well built ARF , so glad I ordered it , I been putting it together and get more impressed as I go , putting a 32cc gas engine on it , I will post more on its first flight when I get it done , Thanks Value Hobby for the quick shipping and well packaging . there was not a mark on this plane |

Great Value!(Posted on October 25, 2017) Shipment arrived in good condition, packed and wrapped nicely in a double box. First impression is a well built aircraft for only $189...I was pleasantly surprised! BUT, you do get what you pay for. I'm still in the assembly mode, planning to make this an airdrop platform for a RC parachute. DLE 30 for power and the VH 996 and 946 servos. Firewall is a bit thin and critical areas like gear and wing mount locations need epoxy and triangle stock. Hardware is very complete, but I don't personally like the control surface "horns". Instructions are fair/ vague but if you've built a plane before you're OK. I'll update once complete after the maiden. |

Happy flyer(Posted on July 25, 2017) Great flyer. Maiden flight 2 clicks up trim then flew hands off. Shipping damage minor so no RMA. Repaired damage in one hour. Film covering tight all over no wrinkle's after in shop for several days. Aerobatic capable way better than giant CUB. Used DLE 35 for power. Be sure to check GC as needed 16 0z weight in nose. Landing gear works well and seems to have right amount of spring. Tracks true on takeoff from our fabric runway. Hard surfaces can send you into ground loop more than grass. Happy Flyer |
