I bought this for use on Value Hobby's: 32in Sbach 342 ARF (8mm EPP) and on 2S its powerful enough for unlimited vertical with a 2cel 1000mah hooked up to an FMS 20amp ESC. I tried it on 3S but the motor/ESC/Battery all got hot, so I am left to assume the ESC was not up to task. I tried programming the ESC but it came with no instructions, and value hobby has no reference of how many amp esc is needed to run it on 3S. I doubt it needs an esc thats more then 20amps, so If anyone else comes up with an esc thats compatible to run it on 3S please write it in a review. Great motor, highly recommend due to its power.
