Works great as stated. Only concern is when charging 6 packs at 2C, the input cables are carrying 30A and they get hot. I measured 145 F with my infrared thermometer. I may upsize it to 12awg when I get the chance.
I always connect main connect first then the balance connectors and reverse after charging is done.
