Neucover Iron-On Model Airplane Covering - Silver

This is not the first time I have used this covering, it is the first for silver color. Maybe the backing was changed or a new suppler. I tried to stab the covering in the back the front. Used tape but it is vary hard to get it started and removed ! This is not my first time at this ! Maybe someone can help me , its got me very flustered .
