The arms are made of nylon66 and 30% ultra high strength materials. They are more resistant to shock and impact.
The lower motor mounting location makes the CG of hexcopter lower and make it more stable.
A large space for control system and electronic stuff.
Frame plates are also the PCB board which can be used as distribution board. This makes the connection between the battery and ESCs quite easy.
The new specially designed M2.5 bolts are for secure the arms to the frame plates.

Was originally worried about buying a 550 Hex clone frame but I am very impressed with the quality of this frame. All holes lined up as expected and the integrated power board soldered up great. I have built several name brand frames and would put this right there with them.Value Overall Quality
With this frame I strictly use it video photography and soon FPV. It does not get tossed around or abused so keep that in mind.
Plenty of room for my Naza M Lite flight control board along with the receiver, as well as my brushless gimbal on the front.
If you are looking for a sturdy, well built hex for video then I would suggest this frame. (Posted on 5/30/2014)
