This brushless ESC with BLHeli firmware is designed for use in multicopters and come pre-loaded with BLHELI firmware, BLheli firmware uses up to 499Hz refresh rates and provides nearly instantaneous response. ESC parameters are configurable via the BLHeli suite GUI.

What is BLHeli vs simonk? Both are custom firmware designed to optimize ESC performance, allowing the speed controller to respond faster to commands from the flight controller. BLHeli offers configuration capability after flashing.
