Value Overall Quality
I do have one problem with this charger. That is the storage mode. It says in the manual that storage mode will take Lipos to 3.85 volts. IT DOES NOT. It takes them all to 3.7 volts. This isn't a huge issue, but I don't understand why it says one thing and does another. Maybe mine is defective. I've tried on numerous 1S and 3S batteries and it does it every single time, 3.7 volts. I've triple checked that Lipos are selected in the settings too. Nothing seems to change the behavior. There is also no override to pick a voltage to charge/discharge to. You have to go with what is programmed from the factory (3.7v for storage and 3.0v for discharge). Like I said, this isn't a huge issue, but I wouldn't store any battery long-term at 3.7v and so I have to manually charge them for a few minutes and wait and watch until they hit 3.85v and shut it off manually. Quality Value Overall
for some larger planes. Compact with a built in power supply and cooling fan. After reading the manual I went through all of the functions in about a half hour. AC power is nice on my work bench and the 12VDC power is
nice on the field. I'd give it an A+. (Posted on 1/12/2013) - A nice little charger if you're just getting into LiPOs Review by TJ

Quality Value Overall
The first one Value Hobby sent me would not power up after about 3 to 5 uses. I RMA'd the charger and ValueHobby replaced it for me. The new one is working great and the RMA process through ValueHobby was painless and easy. (Posted on 9/26/2012)
