I had the same problems that everyone did. I was using a 6 cell battery. I finally tried a 4 cell (much lighter) fairly forward and it fixed the climbing problem while under power. For the price there is no way to beat this. A little patience will help. It also helped to add some rudder mix with the ailerons.
