Great Servos(Posted on March 17, 2017) Great servos for the price |

Pretty good servo, but doesn't center very well(Posted on October 8, 2016) I bought this servo to replace a Tactic TSX57 in my Associated SC10. I wanted something faster without sacrificing much/any torque and this servo fit the bill. Unfortunately, I could not keep the truck going in a straight line. It was constantly going a little left or a little right after turning the wheels. I put together a little test stand to test the servo and found out that it didn't recenter very consistently, at all. It was not off a lot, but consistently off a little to one side or another, explaining why my truck was constant veering to the left or right. Fearing that I received a defective one, I asked Value Hobby to exchange it, and they graciously did so (thank you Value Hobby!!). I put the new one in my test stand only to find the same result. I ended up putting it in my son's rock crawler (Redcat Everest 10) as the centering issue is less noticeable in his truck and it works great. |

used in 600 size helicopter(Posted on September 15, 2016) I have been using these in a 600 sized helicopter. The helicopter is going to be used for scale so I wanted the strength and did not worry so much about crazy speed. I bought three of these and used them for the three cyclic/pitch servos with no problem yet and probably over a dozen flights. Great product. Used in conjunction with beast x stabilization system. Helicopter can fly hands off on a no wind day! |

A year's worth of racing and bashing and this thing is holding up great!(Posted on August 5, 2016) I built a couple budget SC trucks to race in a spec class at the local 1/10 track. I elected to run these servos directly with an aluminum horn to eliminate the weak servo saver that's usually used in these SC trucks. These servos have enough torque for 2wd SC, but are a bit slow for me to justify putting them in my more serious race rigs. At this price point I'm not complaining about the speed at all. I've let novice racers run these trucks and we've done some hard bashing with them as well over the past year. They're still working great! |

Not a servo I would trust for anything that flys(Posted on July 9, 2016) Bought three of these for a sport plane. 6 flights and one has failed. Good thing they had not cut the wheat field or the plane would be a total loss. |

Great(Posted on July 22, 2015) Installed this servo on the rudder of a very abused mojo40 profile. A little overkill for this size plane but I wanted to test a single servo out before ordering more. After 4 flights including a couple of tail touches and tail drags it seems to be holding up well. Will continue testing but so long as it continues to hold up I will be ordering more for a 20cc profile I'm getting ready to build. |

So far so good(Posted on July 12, 2015) Liked the look the specs and the price of this servo. Ordered one to try out and just getting it today I like it so far. Comes with 5 different arms all the mounting hardware and nice heavy duty servo wire on it. Absolutely no slop in the gear train what so ever. Will be installing it in a 40 size 3D profile on the rudder to test it out but if it works out well it should make a great servo for a 20cc 3D plane. Will update this review in a week or so once I have 10-15 flights on the servo to properly evaluate it. If I like it I will be ordering more. |
