Plane is ok but not what I was hoping it would be(Posted on July 22, 2018) I bought this plane with much anticipation hoping it would be a more powerful and more aerobatic version of the smaller Acrocub which I also have and fly a lot. Maybe I haven't found the ideal set up yet but I'm not too impressed with it's performance. It seems heavy, I don't think it would fly well with a 2212 motor. I have the 450 size on mine and I wouldn't personally recommend going any smaller. The plane just seems to be more work to fly than fun. I realize that they are two totally different types of airplanes, but I have much more fun flying my Giles 202 or my Edge 540. If you get one and get it to fly well, please review it on the site and list your setup. I really want to like this plane but for now the jury is still out. |
