This little Stick is great fun. It is significantly more agile than the Stylus 60 I have and flies better with expo at about 25%. It handles the wind well. On low rates with expo makes a good second plane.
The packaging was good and covering was perfect. The supplied control rods are tight to fit, but work. Build was very easy; this was my first (of many) ARF. My second one took about 6h to assemble. Fast fun work.
I strongly advise adding tri-stock / epoxy to strengthen the firewall and landing gear (LG) areas before they break. The stock LG is narrow at the attachment area and seems to rip off easily. I replaced mine with a UC with wider attachment for better force distribution. The supplied 1" wheels are not good for grass. I use 2.75" with few problems.
I used a OS .46 LA as I had it available. The LA only weighs 1oz more than a OS 25 FX and is much more powerful than the .25 FX. It really doesn't need or benefit from the .46. Vertical is unlimited (and overrated).
Landings are faster than either a trainer or my Stylus 60, but easy all the same.
So, with some modifications (Tristock/epoxy, LG, larger wheels) this is great fun. It fits in my trunk of my compact sedan without lowering the seats. It is a great plane that I think I'll always have one of.
